Exploring Iran’s History and Culture with Georgian Students

On Monday November 25th the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran hosted a group of history students from Caucasus University for an enriching presentation on Iran’s history and cultural exchanges with Georgia.

The session highlighted:

• Iran’s ancient civilization and its impact on global culture.

• Shared traditions and historical ties between Iran and Georgia.

Students engaged in a lively Q&A session with Iranian diplomats, asking about Iran’s history, politics, and modern culture.

A key part of the presentation focused on combating disinformation, with examples of fake news campaigns aimed at disrupting the friendly relations between Iran and Georgia.

We thank the students for their interest and meaningful participation, and we look forward to further strengthening the bonds between our nations.
