Catholicos-Patriarch and Iranian Official Unite for the End of War in Gaza

In a collaborative effort to promote peace the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia and Mohammad Mahdi Imanipour the head of the Islamic Culture and Communication Organization of Iran expressed profound concern regarding the escalating situation in Gaza. Following the commencement of violence against Palestinian civilians Mr. Imanipour conveyed a message to Ilya II condemning the Israeli regimes inhumane acts and violence. He called for global unity to address the anti-human crimes committed by this regime.

The Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia underscored the peril of war and violence while highlighting the crucial role of influential nations in facilitating dialogue between conflicting parties. Additionally, an undisclosed communication revealed Pope Francis cautioning the Israeli regime against engaging in "terrorism." These significant developments, encompassing the joint condemnation of Israeli regime crimes by prominent Christian and Muslim leaders, signify a challenge to the regime's propaganda and a awakening of the world's conscience. This awakening is anticipated to reinforce international cooperation in addressing the Palestinian issue.
Amidst the recent Israeli regime attacks on residential areas in Gaza, over 18,000 Palestinians, including thousands of women and children, have lost their lives. This unified stance by key religious figures reflects a shared dedication to peace, compassion, and justice that transcends religious boundaries.
